What is the Women's Healing Collective?

This is a safe and empowering space, where you’re understood, supported, and embraced just as you are, while learning how to release trauma from your body and rewire your nervous system from three knowledgeable coaches,

Dr. Melissa Reilly, Emilie Berkman, and myself.

At the Women's Healing Collective, our mission is simple yet profound: to guide women to more effective healing from trauma through the power of community and somatic healing. Together, we're rewriting stories of resilience, strength, and growth.

What is a safe space and how does it work?

You know how only other trauma survivors speak your language? 

 

And we only really feel safe to be ourselves and discuss topics around our healing with other people who understand that language because they don’t judge us, they accept us, and they believe us…it’s a whole lot of that, holding space for each other so we can chat, share our experiences and get support from each other.

 

The Women's Healing Collective is a monthly membership community exclusively for women on a trauma healing journey.
