Why breathwork?
It’s a powerful somatic tool you can use to restore emotional and physical balance for yourself. It’s non-invasive and can be done almost anywhere.
Where should I do it?
You can do it anywhere you feel safe. It’s best to lay down and be comfortable. You need a private and quiet space. Think of this like a date with yourself.
What to expect?
Most people will have mental, physical and emotional responses. It is not uncommon for people to cry. It can be intense, but it’s safe.
Benefits?
It frees up energy to love yourself and enjoy your life. Everyone is different but most people enjoy the release of emotions because it helps them take control of their life; and experience less stress, anxiety, and depression.
